This Regulation replaces the Property, Stock and Business Agents Regulation 2003 which is repealed on 1 September 2014 by section 10 (2) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1989. 3 Definitions.. 16 Notification of auction conditions. (1) A stock and station agent or real estate agent who offers land or livestock for sale by auction must notify the conditions of the sale by means of a notice that:—. (a) sets out the conditions of the sale clearly and legibly written or printed in the English language, and.
